Memberships

Class 4 Memberships: $145/month

A member of the gym? Meet once a week in a small group setting to complete a strength program to help you get ready for all the adventures in Southern Alberta. The rest of your week is fully personalized to you based on the number of days you can work out, the equipment you have available, and your individual injury history. You are fully supported by a coach to keep you accountable leading up to the specific events and adventures on your bucket list.

Every 12 weeks you get a 45 minute one-on-one check-in with your coach to make sure you fully understand your programming, and we can check in on progress.

Class 5 Membership: $280/month

Want an individual session with a coach each week at the Barn in addition to your own personalized workout program, and full support to reach your goals? A Class 5 membership is for you!


Programs:

Trail Running Program: $125 non-members, (Member: $30)

Progress from a 5KM walk/run on a flat and open trail to more technical trails in the Castle Wilderness and on private land over 6 weeks with a fun, supportive, group. Interval training and individualized post-run mobility will ensure you are challenged and supported on the trails.

June 18th-July 23rd: Thursdays at 630pm

August 26th-September 30th: Wednesdays at 530pm

Run Ready Program: $300/ 8 Week Program (Member: $40)

A variation of our Class 4 Membership: Meet once a week in a small group setting to complete a running-specific strength program to help you get ready for running this summer in Southern Alberta. The rest of your week is fully personalized to you based on the number of days you can work out, the equipment you have available, and your individual injury history, and you are fully supported by a coach to keep you accountable leading up to summer.

March 5th- Apr 23rd- Thursdays 530am OR 5pm

Clinics: $100 Non-Members (Member: $40)

Spring Running Clinic- Get set for summer running! Get your mobility, strength, and heart-rate zones tested, learn about nutrition, making training plans and running technique during this Friday evening and Saturday full day Running Clinic.

Apr 24th 7-9m and April 25th 9am-1pm.

Goal Setting and Mindset Clinic- A night to take stock of where you are at, and get stoked on some goals for 2020.

March 6th 2020. 7pm-9pm

Solo Programs: Non-Members $100

Want guidance on how to Workout to get ready for your favorite season but want to workout solo? Online coaching towards the upcoming seasons of fun (8-week program lengths)  + unlimited access to the barn gym will help set you up for success. We are currently offering solo programs to be hunting ready, climbing ready, running ready, rough runner ready, and mountain biking ready.

Kickstart Programs: Non-Member: $90 (Members: Free)

Get on a roll! 30-day, a highly supported online program that will get you moving and feeling great by helping you commit 30 minutes to your health and fitness per day. Personalized to you and starting small, this program will help you get in the habit of doing daily fun work that will help you set up for a great season of fitness.

We are offering a January 14th-Feb 13th and September 14th October 13th Program this year.

Ski Ready Program: $300/ 8 Week Program (Member: $40)

A variation of our Class 4 Membership: Meet once a week in a small group setting to complete a Skiing-specific strength program to help you get ready for shredding this winter in Southern Alberta. The rest of your week is fully personalized to you based on the number of days you can work out, the equipment you have available, and your individual injury history, and you are fully supported by a coach to keep you accountable leading up to winter fun!

March 5th- Apr 23rd- Thursdays 6 am OR 6pm

Hike Ready Program$300/ 8 Week Program (Member: $40)

A variation of our Class 4 Membership: Meet once a week in a small group setting to complete a hiking specific strength program to help you get ready for exploring the mountains in Southern Alberta. The rest of your week is fully personalized to you based on the number of days you can work out, the equipment you have available, and your individual injury history.
