I’m here to guide you through a more efficient, planned, and sustainable approach to hike training. You’ll be guided through short, 20-30 minute workouts over 2 distinct phases that are designed to help you make the most of our short hiking season. Inside our 8-Week Program you get: - Personalized Intro Assessment. - 2-3 short and highly focused strength workouts per week that are only 30 minutes long. - 1-2 Cardio-based workouts each week that hit all 5 aerobic zones. - A private group of other hiking enthusiasts for extra motivation and tips. - Direct access to your coach for questions and modifications
