A 16-week Strength and Conditioning program to prepare you for your ultra endurance paddling adventure or race. This program focuses on shoulder resiliency, torso stability and increasing your aerobic capacity to help you succeed in long-distance paddling. 4-5, 30-minute workouts a week and mobility sessions to perform on the water and after your paddling sessions. Contact weekly with your strength and conditioning coach will help you customize the program to your needs and help you stay on track. Please note, this program does not focus on water paddling technique, as that sport-specific preparation is best done with a coach or mentor for paddling. We include information on how to taper, how to train your energy systems off the water, and how to measure progress and fatigue.
