How do you decide what workouts and runs to do? We use a model we developed after working at the Canadian Sport Institute in Calgary called the Adventure Ready Model (ARM). We understand that you want to make REAL LASTING FUNCTIONAL change to your body while enjoying your life. And the ARM-ed model is especially designed to do just that. We focus on one muscular and one energy system adaptation at a time with our workouts.
8 Week Programs
Price: $80/month for 2 Month Program. Billed Upfront.

Personalised Programming and Coaching
The MOST Support and completely custom workouts based on your WILDEST goals.
You’ll Achieve: Your WILDEST Fitness goals with Full Support and Extras.
Note: There is a 3-month minimum commitment so you can see your progress and results!
If you want to make measurable and noticeable changes to your body and also be ready to climb a mountain, try a new sport, help a friend bury a body (just don’t tell me!), go exploring with confidence and flair, this is for you!
Unbreakable 6 Month TRANSFORMATION PROGRAM
Price: $291/month paid in full upfront OR $307.00 paid Month to Month.
You’ll Achieve: A body ready for ANY adventure, built from the ground up with this foundational program.
30 Day Mobility Program
Price: $90 paid in full upfront.
You’ll Achieve: A more mobile you with the habit of spending time on your mobility each day. All it takes is 6 minutes a day. Let’s program mobility in your day so you feel strong, stable, and flexible for your everyday adventures!
This program is centred around two goals: To build a strong, stable, adaptable body that can tackle any adventure you desire and, to make you more resilient through the entire range of motion your body has.
14 Day Consistency Kickstart Challenge
Price: $100 paid in full upfront.
You’ll Achieve: A better understanding of what holds you back from working out, and a habit of setting aside 30 minutes a day for 14 days on your health and fitness

We are not taking on one-on-one clients at this time, but let’s chat and I can pop you on our waitlist if a spot opens up 🙂

Price: $135.00/hour, including a follow up training report with recommendations for your training.
