We focus on introducing you to the fundamental movement patterns that are key to master for well-rounded fitness. We’ll also help you learn where you are strong and where you can make improvements in your strength and mobility to help you in your day-to-day adventures!
The Nitty Gritty:
- 14 days of 10-30 minutes of physical activity delivered via our coaching program, TrueCoach. Some days we’ll have mobility, some days full strength workouts, and some days we’ll have a movement challenge (steps or exercise-based). Regardless of the workout, we’re building practice and having FUN!
