SWEET N WILD Track and Yoga Sessions: 

SUGAR Studio and WILDR are collaborating up to offer beginner Sweet ‘N Wild track Intervals and Yoga for 4 Tuesdays in May from 630am-730am.

Complete 30 minutes of track repeats geared towards new and beginner runners, followed by 30 minutes of sweet Yin Yoga at Sugar Studio.

Alecia will be leading our track sessions, starting with Walk/Run intervals geared towards new runners or those wanting to shake off the winter with a gentle increase in distance and intensity over 4 weeks. Darci will be leading a run focused on Yin yoga to help us recover from our running. She has been teaching Yoga in Pincher Creek since 2017 and has a perfectly curated yoga session planned to follow our running.

Class requires a 4 person minimum, and is capped at 8 participants. Bring your own mat if you have one 🙂

Cost: $60.00 + GST for 4 sessions: May 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th, 2022. 

Meet 630am in front of SUGAR Studio.

We will walk/jog to the track for warm-up, complete our intervals, and then walk/jog to SUGAR for our Yoga.
