Feel strong for an entire 10-20 kilometer hike WITHOUT worrying about your body keeping up with this proven 8-week training program. Feel more than ready to do the hikes you have planned this year (and ready for the hikes you don’t have planned!) I’m here to guide you through a more efficient, planned, and sustainable approach to hike training. You’ll be guided through short, 20-30 minute workouts over 2 distinct phases that are designed to help you make the most of our short hiking season. Inside our 8-Week Program you get: - Personalized Intro Assessment. - 2-3 short and highly focused strength workouts per week that are only 30 minutes long. - 1-2 Cardio-based workouts each week that hit all 5 aerobic zones. - A private group of other hiking enthusiasts for extra motivation and tips. - Direct access to your coach for questions and modifications
