The Hike-Ready 8-Week Program is a follow-along strength, cardio, mobility, and recovery plan designed specifically for hikers who want a season that feels more “wow” than “ow.” There’s no guessing here. Everything is set up to support your hiking goals. You will train in short 20 to 30 minute sessions (at home, with minimal equipment), across two phases that build strength first, then power-endurance, plus a crucial deload and recovery week so your body actually adapts. What makes this program different? You start with a personalized movement assessment with a Hiking Coach and a follow-up call to set hiking goals and address previous injuries. You will also get personalized cardio guidance, customized mobility, and support so you actually do the training, not just save it to your phone and hope for the best.
