Step Into Strength: “Step Up” Challenge 🚶♀️⛰️
Hey WILDR Crew!
I want to change up our challenges a bit (of course, you can totally take on our new challenge this month!)
But this month, we’re stepping into strength – literally! Your challenge? A 3km hike or trail outing that includes stairs or a solid incline. Whether it’s your favourite local hill, a mountain trail, or a sneaky stair section, the goal is to get those legs working and feel the strength in the climb.
